On rare occasions, emails do not reach the intended recipient at the first attempt and in such situations a system is set up for re-sending the email.
For this you must go to History of asset withdrawals, go to Assets, choose the required asset and click on Withdraw
Next, at the bottom of the page you can find the WIthdrawal History. Next to any unconfirmed withdrawals there will be a button Re-send email
If the withdrawal is cancelled after 30 minutes due to a lack of an email confirmation, you must create a withdrawal request again.
